Heard about this place through Feed Me Long Island in Newsday. Went on a Friday night and it was busy. The restaurant reportedly flies most of its fish in directly from Tokyo, and they specifically note that they use real king crab—not imitation kani. We got the sushi and sashimi for two, and shrimp gyoza and duck rolls for appetizers. Food was fresh, clean and delicious. I especially loved sitting at the sushi bar, watching chef-owner Patrick and co. work their magic with precision and focus. Be mindful depending on how crowded it is - the service took some time between courses as it seemed they were also dealing with an influx of online and take out orders. Personal rating: 8.4/10

The fact that a gem like this exists in Levittown is crazy to me. I no longer have to travel to the city for amazing sushi. I have been coming here for the last few months now and have become friendly with the chef, Patrick. Patrick shits on ishikawa or any other over priced sushi you can think of with all the hype, seriously. What he can do with flavor is actually insane, from orange reduction to his other sauce preparation, it is actually the best I’ve ever had. Some other amazing things I’ve had here is the lobster bisque and all of the dessert and drinks are phenomenal. My recommendation, walk in and ask Patrick to just serve you whatever he wants, and then sit back and enjoy. I will fight anyone who disagrees with me on this, see photos attached, this isn’t amateur shit.

Great sushi restaurant with very nice service. We used to go to the ginza in Massapequa, so we were happy to see they reopened in Levittown. All the sushi is delicious and always fresh. We love to get a bunch of sashimi and split it. The duck appetizer, Kani salad, and wagu meatballs are great starters. They have a nice drink menu and some good wine options. The atmosphere is really nice and reminds me of a san francisco or cali style Japanese restaurant. The bar is very nice and has a decent amount of seats, sushi bar also has seats. Service is always super friendly and there great with kids. Definitely try this spot if your looking for good quality sushi.

Ginza Restaurant is a hidden gem for sushi lovers craving authenticity and quality. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by warm lighting, minimalist, elegant and welcoming decor, and a friendly atmosphere. The sushi here is incredibly fresh—, it practically melts in your mouth. I always seat at the bar and welcome suggestion from chef and owner Patrick. The offering is a balanced mix of traditional sushi, creative rolls and elegantly presented dishes. Just let him suggest the freshest rendering of the day or go by the menu and enjoy an array of delicious offerings. I particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque and the oysters today. It’s a gem!

Love everything about this place! The crispy rice with tuna is delicious and the KB roll with steak on top is so unique and tasty! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and the waiters/waitresses are all very attentive. I will be back for sure!

I had an amazing date night at this sushi restaurant! The atmosphere was perfect, with loungy vibes that made it feel super relaxed yet fancy. The food was incredible—highly recommend the Spicy Salmon Crispy Sushi Rice. The rice was nicely fried and the salmon was absolutely delicious. We also tried the chicken skewers with spicy peanut sauce, and I loved that the sauce wasn’t too spicy, which was perfect for my friend who can’t handle much heat. The salmon roll and the flame thrower roll were both fantastic, especially with the little show at the table when the flame thrower roll was prepared. A great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back!

My family and I have been dining regularly with owners ,Tiffany and Patrick since opening this restaurant a few years ago. Quality and service have consistently been their trademark. I use the word consistent because that is what you will find at Ginza. A beautiful open dining room and spotlessly clean work area. You will find a variety of local and imported fish that is expertly prepared and treated. Whether simple sushi, or exotic rolls , they have it all . The kitchen pours out classic dishes and specials that are always hot and seasoned perfectly. The bar drinks and cocktails are top notch. Great to come and hang at either sushi or drink bar. Great service. Lively crowds Thursday- Sunday. Or come with a group. ( MAKE RESERVATIONS)
